Custom Group Fitness Classes

Looking for a great workout in a group environment? Gather a group of friends and we’ll put on a fitness class for you! Choose from TRX, Rip Trainer or Boot Camp. Whether you are a beginner or elite athlete – our classes will cater to your level and challenge you in new and exciting ways.

Classes are offered in 10-packs and can be either one or two times per week. Class times available include 5am or 5:30am weekdays or Saturday any time. Requires a minimum of 4 people (max of 8). $120 per person.

*Please note: ALL PACKAGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, but the value may be transferred to any other service offered at The Institute. Punch cards expire 12 weeks after first class.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Boot Camp: 60 minutes – Supplement your workout program with a high intensity boot camp class! Improve strength, endurance and agility while losing body fat and increasing your lean muscle mass. Inspired by military training techniques, this class will include running ladders, plyometrics, body weight resistance exercises, burpees, push-ups, kettle bells and more – ensuring that you get the ultimate full body workout. Please bring with you: Yoga mat, workout towel, and indoor/gym shoes.

TRX: 50 minutes – Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training delivers a fast, effective total-body workout and helps to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Our trainers are certified by TRX to deliver the highest quality suspension workout. Please bring with you: Yoga mat, workout towel, and indoor/gym shoes.

Rip Trainer: 50 minutes – Rip Training utilizes a lever bar and resistance cord to provide a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges. Originally created to meet the needs of combat sport athletes and physical therapists, Rip Training variable resistance exercise is a multi-faceted approach to strength and cardiovascular conditioning that challenges you in all three planes of motion every rep, every set, every workout. Get ready to RIP with our Rip Trainer certified instructors. Please bring with you: workout towel & indoor/gym shoes.
