Meet Our Personal Trainers

Meet our staff of qualified personal trainers, who will help you transition to a fitness routine tailored to your specific needs. Our personal trainers use a medically based approach to their program, and sessions can be scheduled at your convenience between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Personal Trainer Richie Hackett


Personal Trainer & Rehabilitation Aide

Richie graduated from Lyndon State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a Physical Therapy concentration. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Exercise Physiologist.

Richie comes to Cioffredi & Associates with experience in strength and conditioning, outpatient physical therapy, wellness programming for middle aged and senior individuals, and senior group fitness classes.Read More

Richie grew up in Northern Vermont where he competed on his high school basketball, soccer, and track and field teams. During his senior year of high school he completed an anatomy and physiology course that sparked his interest in exercise and health leading him to attend Lyndon State College’s Exercise Science program. When working with clients Richie’s major motives are to create exercise programs based upon the client’s goals and aspirations, and to create a fellowship with each individual.
Personal Trainer Davis Tucker


Personal Trainer & Rehabilitation Aide

Davis received his Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Joseph’s College in Maine, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association).

Davis arrives at Cioffredi & Associates with experience in outpatient physical therapy, aerobic training programming for adults, and strength and conditioning. Prior to his graduation, Davis completed a student internship as a strength and conditioning coach for fall and winter athletes at Saint Joseph’s.Read More

Born and raised in High Point, NC, Davis competed for both his high school basketball and tennis teams. His constant involvement in athletics sparked his interest in joining Saint Joseph’s Exercise Science program. However, it was through his injuries and time spent in rehabilitation clinics that inspired him to pursue future Physical Therapy graduate studies.
Personal Trainer Denise Bloom


Personal Trainer & Health Coach

Denise has been an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer for more than ten years, designing structured exercise programs for individuals as well as small groups.  She has experience working with young and old: athletes, moms, dads and seniors to improve health and overall performance.  Denise has also developed indoor and outdoor boot camp programs and instructed small group resistance training classes emphasizing muscular strength and endurance, core conditioning, balance, agility and cardiorespiratory fitness.Read More

In 2012 Denise became certified as an ACE Health Coach helping people lose weight, change the way they eat, incorporating physical activity into their lives and improving their overall health and well-being.  She helps people with strategies and systems to change their fitness, nutrition and lifestyle behaviors empowering them to live a happier fit life.  Denise has a BS in Business, has also earned a Training For Warriors Level 1 Certification, her Functional Movement Screen certification (FMS), and is a qualified TRX instructor.

Denise grew up in the Upper Valley and has been an avid weight lifter for more than twenty years.  She has won awards and achieved records in Olympic and power lifting. Denise most recently completed a couple of Spartan Sprint races, she also enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.

Personal Trainer Joe Soojian


Personal Trainer & Rehabilitation Aide

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Colby -Sawyer College and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Always athletic, Joe participated in several sports growing up in Massachusetts including soccer and basketball, which he continued participating in at Colby-Sawyer College. With a strong interest in movement and physiology, he always knew he wanted to work in the rehab and fitness field. Joe is especially interested in working with people post rehab to help them further their fitness goals and achieve a higher level of function. Joe lives in the Upper Valley with his girlfriend and their dogs.Read More
