Amy’s annual travel to Italy and France influenced her study and practice of nutrition, from a Mediterranean lifestyle perspective, where food is revered and people take time to enjoy life over a delicious meal with family and friends. When not working, Amy enjoys being a Mom, doing just about anything outdoors, traveling, and enjoying good food with family and friends.
